5. Licensing & Splits (IMPORTANT)

Some uploads may include custom requirements set by the uploader, such as revenue splits or royalty percentages.

By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The "Splits" displayed on GetLoops are declarations made by the uploader for informational and licensing purposes; the platform does not automatically generate or attach formal legal contract documents to these uploads.
• You are solely responsible for defining, understanding, and adhering to the licensing terms or splits associated with any content you upload or download.
• GetLoops acts strictly as a distribution platform and is not a party to any private agreements or disputes regarding revenue sharing, royalties, or usage rights.
• GetLoops is not legally responsible or liable for any user's failure to honor their declared splits or licensing commitments.

By downloading or using content, you agree to respect the terms declared by the creator. While we do not enforce legal agreements between users, we reserve the right to remove content or accounts that repeatedly violate platform rules or act in bad faith.

6. Prohibited Content

You must not upload or share content that:

• You do not have rights to use or distribute
• Infringes copyright or trademarks
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is illegal, hateful, abusive, or harassing
• Violates privacy of others
• Attempts to manipulate or damage the platform

We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

9. Termination

10. Liability

Notwithstanding the above, you listen to any audio recordings made available on the Website at your own risk. Extensive or prolonged listening to audio recordings at high volumes may result in hearing degradation or loss; please use the Website responsibly.
